At ChurchDesk we strive to make your jobs easier. An online form is an important tool for that but users reported that our old Forms were too complicated to use. So we set out to create a completely new version of our Forms to improve that.
Our goal was to make it incredibly simple to use and to integrate Forms with ChurchDesk People. This enables you to save time on admin work and build relationships easily with all the people that your church has been in touch with.
Why use online forms?
If you’re new to online forms, it’s likely you have had to manually type in all the registrations you have received on paper for an event or trip. You have probably also emailed back and forth hundreds of times with various people regarding baptisms, weddings or hall rental.
Online forms are a great way to end all of that. Less work also means less errors. We are all just humans and not all handwriting is an easy read.
An online registration option is a great way to get to know people, build relationships and invite them to come back again.
What is great about ChurchDesk Forms?
First of all we have made it simple to create a great form. You can use one of our popular templates which we have created for common use cases like baptisms, weddings and so on. You can edit the template to fit your needs or use it as it is.
We have also made it possible to drag and drop in the fields you need to your form. You can immediately see what the final result will look like.
The real magic happens, though, when people submit your form. All contacts submitted on a form are automatically created in ChurchDesk People. You can even assign tags to these new contacts in People and then create a segment with those contacts later. It has never been easier to stay in touch and you avoid manual data entry.
