We all know you can’t have an extra choir practice without the altos, or plan the year ahead with only half the worship committee. Church people end up spending time just on inviting colleagues to meetings, and chasing them up to find out if they’re attending. That’s why we’re really pleased to announce this has just become a lot easier.

Schedule many users at once

You can now invite all members of a group to an event in just one click. Instead of inviting the choir one at a time, just select the choir group and they’ll all be invited!

Of course, should any choir members be booked for something else it will show immediately.
