Over the summer, we have introduced some small and large improvements to ChurchDesk simplifying your work. We are happy to introduce these changes! Read more on how ChurchDesk-newsletters, forms and contacts are now even easier to use.
Newsletter improvements
More subscribers to your newsletter - directly via your website & forms
Newsletters are crucial for thanks to them you can keep in touch with people. That is why you can now add a newsletter subscribe option even on your website and in your forms. Additionally, it is possible to have people choose between the different newsletters you offer.
Easy to ensure correct consent for newsletters
Get a handle on consent with a standard consent. When a person signs up for a newsletter, they are automatically asked if they want to accept your standard consent that is used for all your newsletters. It also works on forms.
Reintroduction of short descriptions of calendar events in the standard newsletter
You can now again add the short description text to calendar entries in the newsletter. This enables you to provide additional information about an event or to describe it further, f.e. to bring food to an event.
Lists
Participant lists: Easily add or remove contacts
With participant lists, you can easily add or remove a contact from or to a participant list. This is great for all of the lists you need to keep track of, where a group of people participates in e.g. Youth group activities. So there will be no need to add or remove tags or similar. Just like a traditional list on paper - but in ChurchDesk.
Forms
Bringing order to your forms
All churches have many kinds of forms today. For sign-ups and other use cases. And by popular demand, we are making it much easier to keep order in all of your different forms in ChurchDesk. First of all, we make sure to first display forms that are relevant to you. The forms that are open and made by you. You can filter the forms as you'd like and you can even sort them by labels.
