We are improving our multi-parish functionality. The last month has seen two specific launches. First of all, it is now possible to do iCal export of individual parish calendars, so you only see events relevant for your work and parish. Secondly it is now possible to change your initial choice of parishes when filtering contacts, which means that you can manoeuvre easily between relevant filters according to your specific needs any time you want.
New updated event creation functionality for all customers:
In the fall of 2023 we launched our new functionality for event creation. All new customers and some existing ones have been using it successfully ever since. The user interface has been improved and simplified significantly and you don’t have to learn any new fields as these are the same as before. You are now able to add a form and people to rotas directly while creating an event, which is time saving and makes event creation easier. From 17th of June, the new functionality is standard for all customers and by the end of June, the old event creation functionality will not be accessible anymore. Enjoy the new event creation. New website template option for dioceses:
Create custom website templates for your parishes: Recently we have worked together with the diocese of Fulda to create a website template that they recommend to their churches in order to secure consistency in the external communication throughout the diocese. Let us know if your diocese wants to make a custom website template that their parishes can use.
ChurchDesk Donation Box has arrived:
Churches are starting to invest in ChurchDesk Donation Box! ChurchDesk Donation Box makes it possible for visitors of your church to pay or donate a predefined amount by a simple tap and the use of credit card, smartphone or smartwatch. You choose where to place your Donation Box and never have to transfer any data manually, as it is connected to the payment module in your ChurchDesk app for smooth administration and documentation.
