Why do we launch ChurchDesk Portal?
Over the years we have met countless deaneries and diocese who really wanted a better overview of everything that takes place in the parishes. As well as make it easier to share all of the many and exciting activities with the world.
The Portal will finally make it easy for deaneries and dioceses to:
- Create event lists: You can create list of the various kinds of activities parishes arrange throughout the year as well as create reports over all the services across the parishes
- Make lists of services to share, e.g. with news media: Often deaneries help parishes share information about services etc. with newspapers - this is now as easy to create as clicking a few buttons
- One portal to share all activities on websites: Deaneries and dioceses can now easily create a portal for church goers with all the events on a single website. Easier than ever. Works perfectly on the mobile as well.
Best of it all - there is no double work for the parishes!
For the first time deaneries, districts and dioceses are able to get this overview without any double work for everybody involved. Together with the portal all of the parishes will get a free ChurchDesk calendar. It is the best calendar designed for churches - making it easy for parishes to do resource management, rota planning and getting everyone on the same page as to what happens when.
We automatically update the Portal with all of the information from the digital parish calendars. Parishes simply need to keep their own calendar up to date. In other words, dioceses and deaneries can get a fantastic overview and parishes get the best tool to ensure everything runs smoothly in their church.
