Product News: Integration to Facebook and Pastoral Notes

We've just released a couple of big improvements to ChurchDesk. Our new integration to Facebook helps you save a lot of time by doing automated and scheduled posts in an integrated workflow. We've also released private notes as an important part of your pastoral work.

Integration to Facebook

At ChurchDesk we enable the church to meet people where they are. It’s not enough just to communicate relevant information - you have to communicate in a relevant way. Most people are on Facebook, including those your church hasn’t met yet.

You can now easily share your events on your church’s Facebook page, straight from your ChurchDesk Calendar. With a single click, you can share your event now – reaching out beyond your church community. You can also choose to schedule the post for a later date – ChurchDesk will then post it automatically at the right time.

Private and pastoral notes in ChurchDesk

At ChurchDesk we believe having the right tool for your private notes can have a positive impact on how clergy can exercise their pastoral care.

Now you can save your private notes in ChurchDesk. All your notes are stored securely and only you can read them. You can easily access your private notes from the mobile app – giving you the opportunity to write a note right after a meeting or to catch up prior to a home visit.

And then another very requested improvement. We've just released a brand new design for our websites, which you can switch to already now. It’s simple, sleek, and modern – similar to what you might find from companies such as Apple and Google – and the responsive layout looks wonderful on all mobile devices.
