We’ve recently made improvements that will increase transparency and help you get a better overview when using ChurchDesk.

Rota just got much simpler

One of the many benefits of going digital with a church management system is to get a greater overview. We’ve recently made improvements that will increase transparency and help you get a better overview when using ChurchDesk.

See who last updated a rota

In reality, many people are involved in your rota management. Admins are updating events in the calendar and requesting more volunteers, group leaders are assigning their volunteers, and volunteers are perhaps assigning or cancelling themselves.

We’ve, therefore, now made it possible for you to always stay on top of who made the latest rota update and when.

Quickly identify how your files are shared

ChurchDesk Files allows you to share files both internally within your groups or publicly on your ChurchDesk website.

Now, you can quickly identify how you’re files are being shared as we’ve added an additional column to the files table - showing how you chose to share each file. Furthermore, when searching for a file, we’re showing you which folder the file is placed within

Understand how you’re being notified

Whenever actions are made in ChurchDesk that affects you, we’ll send you a notification to tell what’s happened. As ChurchDesk is growing, more notifications will be added and to some of you might need to adjust which notifications are important to you.

We’ve recently expanded the list of notification to further show you when you’ll receive either an email, SMS or push notification from us.
