ChurchDesk Completes Strategic Acquisition of KaPlan Software
As part of Osprey’s growth investment, ChurchDesk successfully completed its first acquisition by acquiring KaPlan Software, a local leader in Church Management Software, serving churches and large dioceses across Germany. The acquisition of KaPlan Software strengthens ChurchDesk’s position in the European church technology market, while also adding new products and capabilities around church accounting and invoicing.
Plans for Further International Expansion
With new funding in place, ChurchDesk is now focused on further international expansion. The company aims to grow both organically and through additional strategic acquisitions, as it continues to innovate and offer advanced digital tools to churches across Europe and beyond.
